Every one of our packages is packed with care and to the highest standards. We process and ship each order within 2 business days, as long as the product is on hand and available. After an item is shipped the customer receives a confirmation email with the relevant tracking information.

Each of the items in our store has been given a weight for calculating single item shipping. When ordering single items, this amount will show up in the shipping section of checkout like expected.

Due to the nature of the number of items, varying weights and sizes of the products in our store, it is possible for us to ship multiple item orders cheaper than their single item costs indicate. That is why when we process your completed order your method of payment is not immediately charged. Our Order Desk will evaluate the items you have ordered and will calculate the best possible shipping price for you. This amount will always be equal to or less than the amount indicated, never higher.
